Adding the Better Images tag to your site using Google Tag Manager

To display your Better Images on your site, first add the Better Images tag that is shown in Publishing Instructions:

The tag loads a tiny javascript file (less than 10Kb) which takes care of all the image enhancements, makes sure that your images are only shown on your site, and captures audience engagement signals so that Better Images can learn which images are working best on your site.
You can use Google Tag Manager to add the Better Images tag. Simply create a Custom HTML Tag as shown below:

Alternatively, if you publish your site on WordPress, you can use the free WPCode plugin to add your Better Images tag.
